I’m Sian. Tech VA. OBM. No-fluff fixer. Systems brain. Business backbone. Toddler mama. Straight-talking woman with a mild obsession with lists, language, and learning literally everything I can get my hands on.
But rewind to 2016?
I was coming out the other side of a breakdown. Burned out by the 9–5, emotionally done, and absolutely sure I couldn’t go back to the thing that broke me.
So I didn’t.
Instead, I built my first online business. Not because it was easy—but because it was the only thing that made sense. I needed freedom, purpose, and laughter back in my life. And supporting other business owners to stay afloat (and scale up) gave me exactly that.
That’s how Sian Elizabeth Virtual Services was born.
Since then, I’ve launched three successful businesses, brought them together under one roof, then—true story—burned them all down to rebuild something better. Something that actually fit me and how I work best.
Now, I support online CEOs who are scaling fast and need someone they can trust to take the pressure off and run the damn business alongside them.
