I’m a mama in Spain, an OBM, a tech specialist and the person who notices the tiny detail everybody else skipped before it becomes an absolute sh*tshow three weeks later.

I work inside established online businesses across strategy, systems, funnels, email, launches, customer journeys and operations.

I learn how the whole business works, understand how each piece connects and take responsibility for moving the right work forward.

HOW DID I GET HERE?

In 2016, I was coming out the other side of a breakdown after burning myself out in a traditional job.

I knew I couldn’t return to the life that had broken me, so I built something different.

I started my first online business with a need for freedom, purpose and enough control over my time to build a life I actually wanted to live.

Since then, I’ve launched three businesses, brought them together under one roof and eventually burned the whole structure down to rebuild it around the work I’m exceptionally good at.

Getting inside a business.

Seeing how everything connects.

Finding what’s missing.

Turning ideas into plans.

Building the systems, funnels and customer journeys needed to make those ideas work.

And carrying the work through without handing every decision back to the person who hired me.

That work became The Sian Elizabeth.

I HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS. I ALSO HAVE THE RECEIPTS.

I hold an MBA completed in 2021 and a BA (Hons) in History from The Open University.

My education sharpened the skills I use every day inside my clients’ businesses: research, critical thinking, pattern recognition, strategy, analysis and the ability to take an enormous amount of information and find the piece that actually matters.

I’ve also spent a decade inside real businesses where the plans change, deadlines move, technology misbehaves and customers do things no beautifully designed process map predicted.

During that time, I’ve:

Supported approximately 150 launches generating between $35,000 and $275,000.

Written and managed an email campaign that generated more than €20,000.

Planned, built and managed funnels, launches, email campaigns, automations, memberships, courses and customer journeys.

Worked across GoHighLevel, FG Funnels, Kajabi, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Wix, Squarespace and more.

Managed the migrations, integrations and operational details that keep the whole thing moving behind the scenes.

Those results came from understanding the complete journey and making sure the strategy, messaging, systems and delivery could support one another.

I THINK AND I DO

I sit inside the very useful overlap between the two.

I can look at what you’re selling, who you’re selling it to, how you’re talking about it, when it needs to happen and what the business needs behind the scenes to deliver it properly.

Then I can write the emails, map the funnel, build the pages, organise the launch, create the automations, test the customer journey and manage the details through to completion.

You don’t need to translate the strategy into seventeen separate tasks and distribute them between six different people.

You get one person who sees the whole bloody picture.

WHY I CARE SO MUCH ABOUT THIS WORK

I know what it feels like to build a business because the traditional version of work no longer fits your life.

I’m a mama running a business from Spain. My time matters, my freedom matters and the systems supporting my work need to function in real life.

That’s why I care about building businesses that support the person running them.
