I’ll remember the context from the conversation we had three weeks ago.

I’ll see how the new idea affects the launch calendar, emails, funnel, customer journey, systems and everything else we’ve already committed to.

I’ll ask the questions that need answering, make the decisions I’m qualified to make and tell you clearly when I need something from you.

You won’t need to create a perfectly organised task list before I can begin. You won’t spend your week checking whether I remembered or explaining the same piece of context four different times.

I’ll take ownership of my part, follow the work through and notice the tiny detail that could become an absolute sh*tshow later if nobody deals with it now.

You’ll have somebody inside the business who can think with you, challenge you, organise the moving parts and carry the work all the way through to done.

Someone who sees the whole bloody picture.
